Ovulation Calendars

First of all, use the ovulation calendar that your doctor wants you to use.  Their ovulation calendar is what they are most comfortable reading.  You want them to be able to see everything.

Secondly, if you want to use my charts, go ahead.  Please let your doctor know where you found them.

Here are some ovulation calendars for your use:

Regardless of your selection, do yourself a favor after you download the fertility calendar and choose a file name.  Prior to printing your fertility calendar choose File, Page Setup, and set it to print on one page in landscape, not portrait style.  Each file is just one month of data.  Your doctor likely wants to see 3 months of data, so print 3 copies.

Ovulation Calendars Tips

  • It is important you use a basal thermometer instead of a regular thermometer that you use for colds.  A basal thermometer provides more detail to measure changes in body temperature around the normal temperature of 98.6°

  • Shake your thermometer down before you go to sleep and place it by your bed so it is in reach without you getting up or out of bed.

  • Take your temperature first thing in the morning, before anything ... even talking.

  • Remember to provide details to your ovulation calendar about events that may alter your temperature.  This could include not following directions, stress, nightmares, sex, sickness, among other things.
