Fertility Network Agency is an Internet Agency, which
is different than an egg donation agency (learn
more).
Most egg donation agencies charge and "agency fee"
between $4,000 and $6,000 which is passed on to the recipient, who is
already going through a very expensive treatment. Our service
charges recipients $425 but is different. An egg donation agency
provides a "full-service", whereby an Internet agency provides the
fertility center a well-qualified candidate likely to become an
authentic donor. Our service provides a 100% refund, minus a $25
processing fee if the potential donor doesn't become a donor.

- Complete the online Pre-Screen application
- If invited back, complete the rest of the application (including
photos)
- If approved, your profile will be online for recipients to
reserve you
- The recipient may request a background check
- The recipient will select the fertility center of
their choice
- Your application will be sent to that fertility
center
- The fertility center will take over from there and
will likely require additional steps (additional
questions, interview, psychological testing, lab
testing, physical testing, contracts, etc.)

We don't ask for your full name, address or
phone number at this stage. Additionally, our
application process is completed on a secure server.
As a result, we ask
the difficult questions upfront, including the
FDA questions, that ultimately you will need to answer
anyway. Our pre-screen application is longer than most
online pre-screen applications, but it is structured in such
a way to help you answer it quickly.
If approved you will
be invited to complete the rest of the application.
