Donor Application Process
To qualify to donate eggs,
you must be:
- healthy, non-smoking
or drug use
- between the ages of 20-30
to apply
- normal range for
height and weight
- knowledge of
biological family
If you
meet the above criteria and wish
to proceed, you may complete our
pre-screening application.
