We support
the Shady Grove Fertility Centers located in the
Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and the
Virginia area. SGFC provides advanced
infertility treatment, including IVF (in vitro
fertilization), ICSI, Egg Donation, and various
other infertility treatments for male and female
infertility.

Once you complete
and submit this online form, you'll receive a
call or email from the donor recruitment specialist,
Kelly Rugola, who will answer your questions and
explain the next step in the qualification
process, if appropriate.
Donor Qualifications

between the age of 21-31
(age 20 to submit
application)

good general health
-
within normal weight
range
-
non- smoker
-
high school graduate or
proof of GED
-
residing in MD, VA, DC,
DE, WV, or PA.
