Egg Donation Information

Compassionate Beginnings is an egg donation agency that works with fertility clinics in the Youngstown, Ohio area.

If you would like to donate eggs in the Youngstown area, you can apply through Compassionate Beginnings who will work with area fertility clinics to match you with a recipient.

We currently work with the following fertility centers in the northeast Ohio area:

1. Cleveland Clinic Fertility Center

2. University Hospitals Fertility Center

3. Reproductive Gynecology, Inc.

Pre-Qualification Form  to Donate Eggs

To qualify to donate eggs, you must be:

1. healthy, non-smoking woman
2. between the ages of 21-32
3. free of STD's
4. knowledge of biological family

If you meet the above criteria and wish to proceed, you may complete our pre-screening application.
