Egg Donation
We were
able to find the following fertility clinics who
likely provide egg donation treatment:

We support the Center for
Reproductive Medicine with a satellite location
Dothan, Alabama. Dr. Koulianos, Dr. Inge and
Dr. Degelos provide advanced infertility
treatment, including IVF (in vitro
fertilization), ICSI, Egg Donation, and various
other infertility treatments.

The Fertility
Network Agency is an
Internet agency.
We provide baseline services to quickly
pre-qualify potential donors and openly present
them to those interested in selecting a donor
for treatment.
The process
remains anonymous. Steps are taken to
protect your identity. In fact, we don't
ask for your complete name, address or phone
number at the pre-screen stage.
Once "selected"
we will forward the entire application to the
fertility center of the recipient choice.
To donate
eggs is a very involved process. It involves
psychological, medical and physical evaluations.
Each donor egg clinic is slightly different in the
way they proceed.

Pre-screen application:
Fertility Network
Agency
(an
Internet Agency)

(This
pre-screen application is longer than most pre-screen applications
online, yet simple to complete. We ask the difficult questions
upfront, ON A SECURE SERVER without asking your last name, phone
number, etc. This way you save time answering questions you
likely know right now, rather than researching your family health
history and finding out a simple question about yourself prevents
you from being accepted. Learn more about the process above).
